The decoration of the hotel was absolutely charming, with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The common areas were beautifully maintained and there were comfortable seating areas where senior people like me could relax and enjoy the surroundings. The hotel was also easily accessible for senior people, with well-lit pathways and handrails in the appropriate places.

I would have appreciated a more senior-friendly bathroom, with grab bars and a non-slip mat in the shower.

The kids were thrilled to see wild animals up close, and they couldn't get enough of the seasonal outdoor pool. The self-catering apartments were beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We also loved taking advantage of the free bike hire to explore the surrounding area. It was a fantastic family experience!

My wife says that it would have been great if there had been a playground for the children.

we were charged an additional 20€ when we checked out slightly before the agreed upon time of 12:00, despite notifying them in advance. This unexpected charge left a sour taste in our mouths and felt unnecessary.
